End-of-Life Services
We offer non-clinical, holistic support for individuals and families. This includes emotional, spiritual, and physical help. We serve in various settings, including homes, elder facilities, hospitals, and hospices.
Grief Support
We empower caregivers, teachers, parents, and anyone responsible for children and teens. We provide tools and resources for supporting those who have experienced trauma, homelessness, or loss. We also offer grief education and emotional support programs for individuals and families.

Donate to support our cause and make a difference in the lives of those facing end-of-life issues and grief. Help us elevate end-of-life and grief experiences in the New Jersey area and beyond, and to advance research and care for those with life-threatening illnesses like Alzheimer's.
Center for the Heart has filed its application for tax-exempt status and tax-exempt status is at the discretion of the IRS. Donations made during the application review process are retroactively eligible for tax deduction pending our approval status.
